Appliance Removal/Replacement
Every asset is different. If the appliances are in horrible condition, we will remove. If there is an order that request, we get new one we will coordinate the delivery with the client and Field Rep.
Boarding (Window and Doors)
All windows and doors will be boarded during the initial secure unless the client states otherwise.
Debris Removal
Interior and Exterior will be counted and bid upon for removal.
General Rehab
U.S. Asset Solutions offers a full spectrum of repair and rehabilitation on any residential, commercial or construction.
Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance
Gutter cleaning assist with the maintenance and upkeep on the house.
There are some instances that an eviction must take place. This is usually completed with a police officer or someone of that capacity.
Mold Remediation
Mold Remediation are completed by a specialist that specialize in mold remediation.
Pest Control
Pest Control-Remediation is completed by a professional that treats pest such as ants, roaches and etc.
Pool Draining
Pool have to m drained and tarped being that it is a safety hazard.
Preservation Bids
Everything outside the scope of work. Will be bid upon and bought to U.S. Asset Solutions. The Field Vendor are the eyes for us.

S. Asset takes pride in each and every asset. Depending on the client we will bring each asset to conveyance/marketable condition.

Sign request will be distributed with work request,

During the winter season every client is different. Please be prepared for snow removal once the accumulation begins.
Water Pump-out
U.S. Asset Solutions are the eyes for the client. If there is water, it must go.
Winterization and De-Winterization
Is it Winterization or Dewinterizaion season? Perhaps, U.S. Asset Solutions will communicate with each vendor with dates and requests. Every state is different.
Roof tarp
U.S. Asset Solutions will specify what type of tarp that is needed for completion.
Demolition
When an asset is considered condemned and are ordered to demo. U.S. Asset Solutions will provide bid and complete demo upon approval.
