How do I request work to be performed by U.S. Asset Solutions?
U.S. Asset Solutions will accept work request via email to (insert email) with the state following the email. For example, if you are requesting work be completed in Texas, the email for that specific state is usassetsolutions-texas@gmail.com Once we receive work request we will send confirm that we received and will compete by or before the due date. As the volume of work orders increase, the services will be integrated and automated.
What is U.S. Asset Coverage Area?
U.S. Asset Solutions is constantly expanding. Our Coverage expands per diem.
If there are multiples work request, can I order more than 1 job at a time?
Absolutely, as long as there is a work request, work request number and the amount that is to be paid. The work will be completed. Please contact (insert phone number and email) for assistance.
How is work submitted, once complete?
This varies. Depending on the client, every client is different. We will upload to each vendor preference.
What is U.S. Asset Solutions turn-time for work orders, estimates, bids and inspections?
Deadlines vary by service and what is needed. All orders are completed 24-72 hours, and based on the due date and the priority of the order. If an order will be delayed, all clients will be notified, with a reason and an anticipation date.
Field Vendors-Contractors
How do I become a vendor with U.S. Asset Solutions?
Please fill out the New Contractor Application that can be found under the Career Tab. Be as thorough as possible. Indicate your coverage areas by counties. Once you download the applications and complete, email (vendor management email) with the state and Field Vendor in the subject line. E.g. Texas-Field Vendor.
Will a background check be completed?
Yes, all of our contractors and office staff are subject to a background check.
What insurance must I carry to work with U.S. Asset Solutions?
U.S. Asset Solutions requires all Field Vendors, sub-contractors to carry General Liability Insurance. This will be submitted during the final stages of the application process.
What tools are required to be a Field Vendor Contractor?
At the least you must have a digital camera, internet access, email account, personal computer, reliable transportation, cell phone and tools that are needed to perform a variety of task.
Is there a penalty for late orders?
Yes, there is a penalty for being late. U.S. Asset Solutions takes pride in the relationships and rapport we have with our clients, we will maintain that relationship. If requests are late beyond a Field Vendors control communication is always needed. This is more in depth in our contractor packet that is distributed once hired.
How do I receive work request from U.S. Asset Solutions?
U.S. Asset Solutions will send orders daily via email. All forms needed for each assignment will be attached. There is also a tab titles Forms – All forms that are required are placed in the Library. You will be provided a username and password to retrieve.
How does U.S. Asset Solutions assign work request?
Work is awarded based on each Field Vendors score, territory and their ability to perform all required services. There are quality standards, all Field Vendors are on a probationary 90-day performance review.
What are U.S. Asset Solutions pay rate?
The pay varies by service and are published on each work order.
How will I be scored as a Field Vendor?
U.S. Asset Solutions uses a weighted point system that evaluates performance. The score is based on the following:
- Average Turn Around Time – Work is not completed until it is completed entirely through the client.
- Number of Incomplete work orders.
- Number or completed work orders rep completed.
- Number of reassigned orders.
- On Time – This is crucial to the weighted score for the Field Vendor.
Results are published on a 90-day basis. We recognize our top performer on our website in the Contractor Spotlight. When needed we will coach and advise Field Vendors on way to improve.
Who is my U.S. Asset Solutions contact?

What if my pay is wrong?
If your records are different from U.S. Asset Solutions, please call or email with the work request in question. If it is determined that your pay should be altered, you will receive adjustment and notification on your next check.
How do I know what services my check is for?
Each check will show in detail what services; you are being paid for.
